Jack, the Orkin man tells me I have picked a good house. My house is not infested with any insects that are terrible. The house has been vacant for a bit and luckily the only creepies are spiders and some carpenter ants that he will eradicate next week. I am quite happy with this nugget of information. I just ordered my high efficiency furnace and air conditioning system this morning- I will soon be poor. Orlando is my HVAC man...and to be fair- I love him too. I love all the people starting to make my house a home.
